Are the machines inspected before sale? ▾
Yes. Every machine undergoes a thorough inspection (mechanical, hydraulic, and safety) and a functional test before being released and delivered.
Can I see or try out the machine before buying it? ▾
Yes, by appointment. Please contact us to schedule a visit and a test drive. We can also provide a detailed photo and video report.
What are the delivery times? ▾
Generally 5 to 10 business days after payment and shipping documents have been approved, depending on the vehicle and destination.
Do you deliver everywhere? ▾
Yes, we offer delivery to mainland France and Europe through our shipping partners. A shipping quote is provided before confirmation.
Do you offer a warranty? ▾
A performance guarantee may be included, depending on the equipment. The specific terms and conditions are listed on the quote or invoice.
What payment methods do you accept? ▾
Bank transfer (preferred method). Other options can be considered and specified in the quote.
Do you handle export and customs procedures? ▾
Yes. We prepare the necessary documents (pro forma invoice, bill of sale, CMR, etc.) depending on the destination country.
Do you offer accessories (buckets, forks, attachments)? ▾
Yes, a selection of compatible accessories can be included in the quote (buckets, quick couplers, forks, etc.).
Can you handle the setup and provide a brief training session? ▾
Upon request, we can arrange for setup upon delivery and provide a user and safety briefing.
