2. Shipping Methods
Our equipment is shipped by specialized carriers authorized to handle heavy and bulky materials. The specific delivery terms (including or excluding unloading, on-site installation, etc.) are clearly defined at the time of ordering.
3. Deadlines
Delivery times may vary depending on the type of material ordered, its availability, and the delivery destination. Generally, delivery is made within 2 to 7 business days after the order is confirmed and full payment is received. 4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are listed in the quote or specified at the time of ordering. Some products may be eligible for free shipping or a flat-rate shipping fee. All costs are clearly itemized before the order is finalized.
5. Receipt of goods
Upon delivery, the customer must check the general condition of the equipment. In the event of visible damage, a missing package, or non-compliance, specific reservations must be noted on the delivery slip. Any issues found must be reported by email to contact@matbo66.fr within 48 hours.
6. Delivery Delays
In the event of an unforeseen delay, MAT BATIMENT OCCITANIE will make every effort to notify the customer as soon as possible in order to minimize any inconvenience. However, unless otherwise specified in a specific contractual agreement, no compensation may be claimed, except in cases of proven negligence on the part of the carrier.
7. Forwarding and Storage
If the customer is unable to accept delivery of the goods on the agreed date, charges related to any reshipment or temporary storage may be billed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are available on the delivery date.
